“Your heart knows the way. Run in that direction.” - Rumi

Many people today describe themselves as “spiritual but not religious,” or find themselves walking a path outside traditional faiths. If this is you, you’re not alone. I’ve walked a similar journey and now companion others who are seeking meaning, connection, and a spirituality that feels authentic.

My approach is rooted in timeless wisdom found across many spiritual traditions—even reflected in discoveries from science. These insights remind us of what all human beings share: compassion, connection, and the search for meaning.

My own journey has not been without struggle. Grief, change, and questions of meaning have shaped me. Out of these experiences grew resilience, humility, and compassion—qualities I now bring to those I accompany.

People come to me when they are grieving or living with loss, wrestling with big questions of purpose, navigating life transitions or illness, or exploring the sacred in everyday experiences (like awe, gratitude, or forgiveness).

If you are seeking a companion on your journey, I would be honored to walk with you—listening deeply, asking reflective questions, and offering practices and resources that fit your unique path.
